About Boke Mining Co.
Boke Mining Co. was established in 2024 after several years of operating in different sectors of the mining industry. The company was created to consolidate multiple activities under one primary entity in order to better serve clients and optimize workforce utilization.
Boke Mining operates across the full mining process – from exploration and exploitation to material handling and transportation. The company holds multiple exploration permits in gold, lithium, bauxite, and iron ore across West Africa, as well as industrial exploitation permits in gold, bauxite, and iron ore. Boke Mining also holds a 55% ownership stake in Farafina Gold.
The company plans to launch its first gold refining facility by Q3 2027 and begin construction of its first iron smelter plant in Africa by Q1 2028 using cleaner energy technologies.
